To get your appointments data, you can click from top menu, click "Appo" and you will find below appointments menu :
Schedules
To manage your schedules for you medspa locations (branches). Click here to get the details about schedules management.

To get all appointments data for your locations (branches)
All appointments
To get all appointments data for your locations (branches) with minimalist layout
All appointments calendar
To get all appointments data for your locations (branches) with calendar view
Finished Appointments
To get all finished appointments data for your locations (branches)
PCC Callbacks (canceled + no show)
To get all canceled + no show appointments
Unresolved bookings
To get all appointments data for your locations (branches) that need to be checked because of 1 or another problem. Usually it includes:
- Unfinished booking with payments
- Past appointment date
- Booking status is "completed" but the booking has not been finished
Every appointment on our system should be "finished" or "canceled". Other than that, it will be listed on this menu.
To make less error, please finish all transactions on the same day as event date.
