Discounts

To list all of the available discount codes that you can apply to the transactions, please do this:

1. From top menu on the right section, go to Mast. > Discount Codes
2. Select a clinic, and click search button.  

There are two types of discount codes:

1. Discount codes for “buy items”.
   These discount codes are for buy items only.
2. Discount codes for “treatments”.
   These discount codes are for treatments only.

How to add a discount code

1. Make sure you are on discount codes page.
2. Click add voucher button.
3. Enter the Discount Code (recommended: no spaces).
4. Select the Type of Discount:
   - Percentage → e.g., 30%
   - Amount → e.g., $20
   - Fixed Amount → e.g., $55 final price. No matter how much the actual bill, it will show the fixed amount 
5. Set the Discount/Amount value based on type:
   - Percentage → e.g., 30%
   - Amount → e.g., $20
   - Fixed Amount → e.g., $55 final price
6. frequency: select how many times this code can be used.
7. Choose whether the discount is for Booking or Buy Items.
8. Enter the description: explaining the purpose of the discount.
9. Click Submit to save.

You can apply multiple discount codes on the staff checkout tab in booking details, and the system calculates the total discount based on the order in which they're added.
