Inventory System

We can divide inventory system into 2 main categories: inventory for our business partners and inventory for non business partners.

For our business partners, admin will send the inventory and you need to accept it.
For non business partners, you can manage your own inventory.

We have 3 types of inventory system (please select one of them). You need to stick to 1 inventory type only

1. Injector/ provider based inventory system

Use this, if you need to send inventory to an injector/ provider.
If you are a business partner, admin will send the inventory to each injector/ provider, and each injector/ provider should accept it.
To use this, you need to login as an injector/ provider.
On PMC, the menu is located in Inventory > Inventory.

2. Branch based inventory system

Use this if you need to send inventory to a branch.
If you are a business partner, admin will send the inventory to a branch, and injectors/ providers that have access to that branch can accept the inventory.
Inventory will be shared to injectors/ providers under that branch.
The calculations will be for branch level.
To use this, you need to login as an injector/ provider.
On PMC, the menu is located in Inventory > Inventory (Branch Level).

If you need to see inventory from more than 1 branch, please use Inventory Branch Combination. The menu is located in Inventory > Inventory (Branches combination). 
If you logged in as a PCC, you need to access Inventory > Inventory By PCC (Branches combination).
If you logged in as an injector/ provider, you need to access Inventory > Inventory By Provider (Branches combination).

3. Clinic based inventory system

Use this if you need to send inventory to a clinic (and the clinic can split it among its branches).
If you are a business partner, admin will send the inventory to a clinic, and injectors/ providers that have access to that clinic can accept the inventory.
Inventory will be shared to injectors/ providers under that clinic.
The calculations will be for clinic level.
To use this, you need to login as an injector/ provider.
On PMC, the menu is located in Inventory > Inventory (Clinic Level).

Please decide which system that suits your use case, as they are not interchangeable. it means, that if you have used 1 system , you can not change it in the future. You need to stick with 1 inventory system.

We have several reports to manage inventory:

Inventory by Staff

This is the report to be used by Clinic staffs. If you are a clinic owner and you want to assign your clinic staff to check the inventory for you, the clinic staff should go to this page. But before that you need to assign that clinic staff to the related provider. To do so, please go to Inventory > Inventory Access.
